On December 18, Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College (SUCC) signed a friendly relationship agreement online with Belarus National Technical University (BNTU) and CGICOP-Bel, Belarusian branch of China Gansu International Corporation for Economic and Technical Cooperation (CGICO). In the Yangpu Campus of SUCC, the relevant attendees also witnessed the unveiling of the China-Belarus Digital Construction New Technology Training Center and China-Belarus Teacher Enterprise Practice Station.

According to his speech at the signing ceremony, Nikolaychik Yuri Aleksandrovich is delighted to participate in the event although it is held online. He is confident in achieving impressive future achievements through cooperation. The BNTU will seize the opportunity to collaborate with SUCC and CGICOP-Bel to cultivate skilled professionals for society.

In her speech, Guo Hongtao introduced SUCC's school-running situations. She mentioned that the year 2023 marks the signing of the Joint Statement on Further Developing the All-weather Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Belarus in the New Era. Guo expressed her hope to strengthen educational cooperation, share high-quality educational resources, bring new hope and impetus to the partnership, and achieve more outcomes in trilateral cooperation by establishing friendly cooperative relations among the three parties.

      The three parties' representatives signed the tripartite cooperation agreement during the online signing ceremony witnessed by attendees from the three parties. Guo Hongtao and Yu Limin, along with Liu Yalong, Dean of the School of Digital Construction, unveiled the China-Belarus Digital Construction New Technology Training Center and China-Belarus Teacher Enterprise Practice Station.
